Musashi Shinjo of JR Nambu Line is a very peaceful town. I heard that there is a reputable shop in Miso Ramen here, so I tried visiting. The name of the shop is "Techi". I do not know the origin of the name at all. I heard that the store owner of this store says that he practiced at a famous shop called "Kuriyama". My expectation increases.
This shop is a Miso Ramen specialty shop, offering very contemporary Miso Ramen. It is wheat miso based ramen, it has very high sweetness and a distinctive sweetness. And, it contains the pig and chicken extract firmly, it is tasty. Even more interesting are two. Pepper called ’Sansho' is working. And oil called “Rayu" is used. So, it is hot and it tastes fragrant, it is fun.
The noodles are thick. And the amount is slightly larger. Noodles taste of wheat and are compatible with miso soup. Overall it is a rich taste, but the topping pork and flavored vegetables refreshes the whole. Radish, carrot, sprouts, onions are scattered all around and beautiful. It was very delicious.
The shop is bright and can be very relaxing. BGM is the Beatles. It was a pleasant space. I liked it very much, so I'd like to recommend it to my friends.
